Shipping
Orders usually ship within 2 weeks but may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
International orders duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country, and are not included in the total at checkout. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery. Unearthen is not responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Returns
Returns will be accepted for online credit or exchange only, no refunds. All exchanged items are Final Sale, please do not exchange your exchange. All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to shop@unearthen.com within 7 days of receipt and must be approved by Unearthen.
We reserve the right to deny requests if the reasons do not meet our policy requirements. The merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days after customer has made initial return request. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to Unearthen but will not be charged to receive the newly exchanged item. Merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return will be refused if item shows signs of wear or if there is extensive damage to the piece or packaging.
Repairs
Repairs are handled on a case-by-case situation. Email shop@unearthen.com within 7 days of damage to inquire about repair options.
